作为意大利为数不多的认证种植区之一,南蒂罗尔为黑皮诺提供了最好的条件,这也使黑皮诺成为本地最重要的酿造红葡萄酒的葡萄品种之一。
这种葡萄品种更喜欢凉爽通风的位置,青睐石灰和粘土比例较高的砾石土壤。
我们的黑皮诺来自埃潘 (Eppan)、布赫霍尔茨 (Buchholz) 和库尔塔奇 (Kurtatsch) 地区的特定种植地,没有哪种葡萄可以将精致细腻与浓郁醇厚融合至如此协调。
