灰皮诺 (Pinot Grigio) 干白葡萄酒

灰皮诺 (Pinot Grigio、Grauburgunder 或 Pinot Gris)是南蒂罗尔目前种植最广、酿造白葡萄酒的主要葡萄品种。
在玛格丽德 (Margreid) 和萨鲁恩 (Salurn) 地区,以地中海气候为主导,土壤为含有大量沙土和砾石的石灰岩,这为高贵的皮诺品种葡萄提供了最佳条件。

Origin

Selected vineyard sites in the southern part of the Alto Adige appellation (Magrè and Salorno). 230 to 420 metres a.s.l. (750 - 1,380 feet)

Soil

Rocky, sandy and with an important content of limestone

Vinification

Fermentation: temperature control, in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation of a small part in contact with stems and skins. Maturation: on the lees in stainless steel tanks (approximately 4 months)
