梅洛 (Merlot) 干红葡萄酒

几十年来,我们一直特别关注梅洛品种的葡萄。
早在 1934 年,我们家族就在玛格丽德 (Margreid) 的洛文冈酒庄中种植梅洛,因为这里拥有种植这类葡萄品种的理想条件。
继其在波尔多地区的强大表现之后,梅洛和其他源自波尔多地区的葡萄品种已经在南蒂罗尔扎根超过 120 年。

Sandy, rocky, and with content of limestone

Malolactic fermentation, maturation in stainless steel tanks, large casks and concrete vessels (approximately 12 months).
Maceration in stainless steel tanks
