Vineria & Osteria Paradeis is where our values, efforts and, naturally, our wines come to life. You can take part in wine tastings and guided tours and purchase our wines. In our organic Osteria, you can enjoy a small selection of dishes mainly made with ingredients from our farm.
Paradeis Events is our event area. The Casòn Hirschprunn Estate serves as a venue for events of all kinds, suitable for weddings, corporate celebrations, birthday parties, photo shoots and even film productions. Our event planner Lara is on hand to help you organise your event.
We welcome you with a glass of wine in our Vineria Paradeis and walk together through the historic village to our production facility. In the barrique cellar, we taste two more wines between the barrels. Back at our Osteria Paradeis, we will serve a small, warm appetizer with a glass of wine.

What does healthy agriculture mean to us? What role does diversity play in this? And how can we as a winery react to climate change? We would like to discuss these and other questions with you during a walk through the vineyards. During the tour you will learn about the history of the winery, get an insight into biodynamics and the farm organism and visit our wine cellar. Afterwards, there will be a tasting of our three ranges at the Vineria Paradeis.

We would like to share with you the history of the winery and take a look into the future. During a walk through the vineyards and a tour of the wine cellar, we introduce you to our philosophy and explain our thoughts on a healthy and sustainable agriculture of the future. "History and Future" is also the focus of the tasting, which takes place after the tour and gives you the possibility to compare old and new vintages.

The farm organism focuses on the natural cycle, meaning the interaction and interplay between soil, plants, animals and humans.
Our wine range comprises three product lines: Classical Grape Varietals, Compositions and Crus. Our wines are meant to bring joy and leave an impression.
For over two decades, our winery has been hosting SUMMA, a unique and vibrant wine fair that brings together international winemakers.
