Let’s start with a bold statement: What the Burgundy region is to Chardonnay, the Isarco Valley is to Müller Thurgau. The cooler climate of the Isarco Valley, coupled with its volcanic slate soils and elevated vineyards, creates the perfect conditions for this grape variety. This terroir imparts a distinct crispness and precision to the wines. We intentionally left the 2023 MÜLLER THURGAU unfiltered, capturing a rich mouthfeel while maintaining the variety’s characteristic freshness.
