The Pinot Bianco variety, which has been cultivated in Alto Adige since the mid-19th century, is now one of the leading white varieties in our region. It thrives preferably in cooler locations between 300m (984ft) and 700m (2,296ft) above sea level and stands out with its freshness, crispness and verticality.
