Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties cultivated in the warm vineyards on the steep slopes of the Römigberg, which are characterised by gravelly dolomite limestone, yield well-structured wines. These grape varieties have long been part of the winery’s portfolio and are aged in our cellars as Riserva for at least two years.
